Interviewing Lucy Horsefield on Women in Leadership roles in #intled

During this morning's broadcast, I had the pleasure of conversing with an incredible individual who may already be familiar to many of you—Lucy Horsefield. You may remember Lucy from her days at IH World, where she made a profound impact. However, in the past year, she has embarked on a new and fascinating journey, diving headfirst into the world of organizational psychology while pursuing her MSc degree in Organisational Psychology.

Lucy graciously joined us as a guest on our live broadcast, sharing her insightful perspectives and shedding light on her current research endeavors. She spoke passionately about her study, providing us with a glimpse into the intriguing realm of organisational psychology and the critical importance it holds in today's complex working environments.

If you are a woman, between the age of 27 and 42, are based in the UK and have recently taken on a leadership role within the field of international education (even if you've held other leadership roles in the past), then you can help Lucy by getting in touch with her on [email protected] or via her LinkedIn profile in order to set up a call for the interview.

You can find out more about this study in our interview here:

It is truly inspiring to witness Lucy's unwavering dedication to her research, fueled by her passion for unraveling the intricate workings of human psychology in organisational settings. Her commitment to knowledge and the pursuit of understanding shines through every word she speaks, and I am honored to have had the opportunity to share this enriching conversation with her.

In future, once Lucy's studies are finished and submitted, we promise to have her back on our broadcast to speak of her results and findings. So stay tuned!
